By submitting an application, you confirm that:

- You have the legal right to publish all submitted content.
- You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Listings
OnlineTravelFair.com provides a platform for Service Providers to promote their travel-related products and services.
Listings may include, but are not limited to:

- Tourism Boards
- Tourism Organisations

OnlineTravelFair.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing without prior notice.
4. Listing Content
Service Providers are solely responsible for all information submitted to the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Business information
- Descriptions
- Images
- Logos
- Videos
- Contact details
- Website links
- Social media links
- Promotional offers
- Pricing
- Other published materials
Service Providers warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for all submitted content.
OnlineTravelFair.com reserves the right to edit formatting, spelling, grammar, layout, image sizes, or presentation for consistency and readability without changing the intended meaning of the content.
5. Payments
Listing fees, where applicable, must be paid in full before publication unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified.
OnlineTravelFair.com reserves the right to revise its pricing, packages, promotions, or services at any time.
Any changes will not affect listings that have already been approved and paid for during their active subscription period.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applicants may request to cancel their application within fourteen (14) days from the Application Date.
If the application is cancelled within this period and the listing has not yet been substantially completed or published, OnlineTravelFair.com may provide a full or partial refund at its sole discretion after deducting any reasonable administrative costs or work already performed.
Once a listing has been published, substantially completed, or promotional work has commenced, listing fees are generally non-refundable.
Any approved refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method within a reasonable period.
7. Responsibilities of Service Providers
Service Providers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date listing information.
- Responding to enquiries from potential customers.
- Delivering products and services as described in their listing.
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, permits, and industry requirements in the countries where they operate.
- Ensuring that all promotional materials and published content do not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Responsibilities of Visitors
Visitors are responsible for independently verifying all information before making any enquiry, booking, purchase, travel arrangement, or business decision.
Visitors should communicate directly with the relevant Service Provider regarding products, services, pricing, availability, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other related matters.
Any dealings with Service Providers are conducted entirely at the Visitors’ own discretion and risk.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all trademarks, business names, logos, images, videos, and other copyrighted materials displayed on this Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
By submitting content to OnlineTravelFair.com, the Service Provider grants OnlineTravelFair.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, reproduce, modify the presentation, and promote such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and marketing the Platform.

Users shall not:
